JOB SUMMARY: Join our dynamic team at Kids 1st Pediatric Dentistry in McKinney, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children through oral health education and treatment. As an Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and delivering exceptional patient experiences. Responsibilities: Lead a talented team of dental professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to help them grow and succeed. Foster a positive and inclusive office culture, promoting collaboration, communication, and teamwork. Evaluate staff performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance overall performance. Develop and implement effective office policies to drive business results and achieve our goals. Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into our team. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Serve as an interdepartmental liaison, supporting revenue cycle activities and promoting efficiency across departments. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, Master's preferred, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3-5 years of progressive leadership and practice management experience. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Coursework or training in dentistry, business, or related fields. Strong healthcare management/customer service management skills preferred. Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and coaching.
