Description: The position will work with multiple sites as a centralized project controls hub. Job responsibilities include creating, managing and progress status of a master schedule, refining and coordinating templates including Scope of Work, Basis of Design and Stakeholder Requirements. The successful candidate will be required to work with stakeholders in a varying range of facilities including manufacturing, software development, and classified infrastructure across multiple time zones.Typical tasks include* Create multi project/multi facility master schedule utilizing MS Project.* Prepare and present schedule forecast for multiple facilities and projects to senior leadership.* Work with multiple stakeholders to develop schedule and construction plan with weekly updates.* Work closely with procurement to ensure timely submissions of documentation for procurements.* Execute field job walks/audits with safety and quality to ensure project deliverables.* Assist with development of centralized estimating and project implementation, templates and practices. * Completing full project packages including CAD concept drawings for design and construction. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.U.S Citizenship Required. Desired Skills: * Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.* Ten years experience working with owners, stakeholders and subcontractors in a commercial and industrial construction environment.* Strong understanding of commercial building construction and General Contractor functions in a variety of AHJ. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Highly proficient with MS Project.* Proficient with Microsoft Office with emphasis on Power Point. * Proficient with Autocad. * Experience with SQL databases. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $91,300 - $175,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.This position is incentive plan eligible.
