Managing/BackEnd Real Estate Agent We’re looking for a capable, efficient, talented agent to run the backend of our busy Hancock Park real estate office. The right person is super responsive, is good at figuring out logistics, and multi-tasking, and is upbeat in personality. The job includes answering calls and emails about properties, directing office staff to handle admin tasks, problem-solving, and strategic planning. Being articulate, communicative, and collaborative are all a must. Real estate agent experience is a must. This job is for someone who loves real estate but shines at running the backend over lead generation. Responsibilities:• Serve as the Right Hand Support for the CEO• Develop and manage best practices for operational uniformity and excellence from the inception of a new lead to the close of escrow• Supervise transaction processes to ensure smooth and timely closings • Supervise property preparation and listing process Qualifications: Qualifications and Qualities We’re Looking For: • Loves and is good at handling the back end of real estate• Detail and results-oriented with strong follow-through• Strong communication skills• Positive, upbeat, and can-do attitude • Tech-savvy • High-level degree preferred• Empathetic and Caring toward others Compensation: $90,000 yearly About Company: At The Bienstock Group we passionately, comprehensively, and expertly represent homeowners in selling and buying high-end residential single-family homes and small multifamily properties.
