JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Registered Nurse Director - Cath Lab RN DIR - CATH LAB Full-Time Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Cath Lab will have the following job responsibilities: The Director of Cardio, Cath Lab, & Vascular Services serves as a leader in planning, directing and managing the department staff to assure quality care to all patients. Responsible for the meeting TJC standards, complying with our policies, procedures, promoting teamwork with physicians, and all health care providers. Assists in the day-today operations of the department. Including performance improvement, staff competency, physician relations, strategic planning, patient safety, and budget. JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Registered Nurse Director - Cath Lab RN DIR - CATH LAB Full-Time Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Cath Lab must meet the following minimum job qualifications: Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions) Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing Must have at least 2+ years of --- Manager/Dir level experience in Cath Lab Must be a RN with BSN Salary Range : The recruiter and the candidate will discuss pay information * *Up To 15% bonus annual bonus, based on performance KPI's
