ObGyn Hospitalist physician job in Virginia : Locums Williamsburg, Virginia, OB/GYN Hospitalist Opening Clinical Role: Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees! 12- or 24-Hour Shifts: 24hr Time 4, 24hr. shifts per block needed to be filled Starts August 2024 and is for 9 months Root cause for opening req: New Program Start EMR: EPIC Will take Truly Board Eligible and Board Certified COVID vaccine required, or the site will allow exemption NICU Level: II with Special Care Nursery Expected patients per day: 5 Total Hospital Deliveries (monthly avg.): 804 Estimated Deliveries for Hospitalists (monthly): 27 Estimated Patient Encounters for Hospitalists (not including deliveries) (monthly): 70 Have Consulting MFMs Plan on bringing in a virtual model next year In-house Anesthesia Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage: emergent only Hospitalists Required to Perform Circumcisions on an as needed basis Hospitalists Needed for First Assist when available First Assist Available to the Hospitalists Hospitalists do not Backup midwives Hospitalists do not backup Family Practice 2nd responder available for emergencies Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
