Company paid hands-on training including NATE Certifications, and dealer training for equipment we install and service. What we have to offer / Benefits Take home company vehicle + gas card Dispatched from home Full size Van, stocked with the tools and equipment you need Spiff /Bonus program Company paid training to further your carrier, including NATE's certifications Stable and growing family owned for three generations Be a part of a company that is known for providing quality service! 80% paid Medical for employee Paid Vacation time 6 Paid holidays Dispatched from home Company cell phone / iPad / uniforms 401(K) with Company match $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience + spiffs Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Technician Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience + spiffs Work hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime What you will be doing: Provide service & maintenance on residential and/or light commercial heating and air conditioning systems Customer service Performing annual maintenance Develop and improve personal skills to maintain and troubleshoot HVAC equipment Consistently provide high-end customer service to our clients by discussing and understanding the importance of Planned Service as well as System Enhancements. Educating customers on Indoor Air Quality products and accessories Qualifications / Skills: Valid driver's license & insurable driving record 1 year of HVAC experience EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification Preventative maintenance and tune up experience Willingness to invest in tools used in Service of HVAC equipment. Willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes Obtain service base NATE Certifications company scheduled & paid Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers High school diploma or its equivalent Check us out online: www.bensheating.com experienced service technician, service tech, journeyman technician, hvac service, ac, duct, boiler, service hvac jobs
