Are you a Tax Manager looking to join a company offering work-life balance and growth opportunity?RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse client base. * Perform tax research, working with clients on tax matters and implementing special projects, identifying and implementing tax planning, preparation of tax calculations and management of client relationships. * Participate in recruiting and the development of staff on your team. QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in accounting, masters preferred * CPA Required * 5-7 years of experience in public accounting or corporate/public blend * Proven leadership skills in developing and managing client services teams * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and interactive team environment * Exceptional client service and communication skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships * Possess effective writing, communication, and tax research skills * Experience with tax technology is a plus This is a direct hire opportunity with great pay and benefits!
