Job ID: 24-01623 Finance Administrator Arlington, VA MUST: Experienced Finance Administrator 3+years of experience (if no bachelor s Degree must have 8+years of experience in finance and or accounting Experience working for USAID and donor business development, government grants and contracts Understanding of time and materials, CPFF (Cost plus Fixed Fee) Experienced with financial reporting and experience using Deltek Costpoint, Cognos and QuickBooks Providing full service accounting for projects and or requirements Understanding of OMB A-110, 122 and 133, FAR, CAS and 22 CFR 2 Bachelor s degree in Accounting DUTIES: Assist and coordinate financial activities Oversee financial transactions within their portfolio. Assist with designing, proposing, and starting up new projects Monitor the costs and deliverables of the projects Ensure accurate and timely reporting to donor(s Provide full service accounting for projects Assist in the tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects Review and process project transactions and reports to insure compliance with A-133 regulations, and donor requirements Track advances, review balances in deferred revenue accounts, and spending planning. Provide support with monitoring program performance vs. budget and funding Provide data and reporting formats for financial reports using Costpoint and Cognos. Review and upload data from Quick Books. Provide financial training to support understanding of financial systems and procedures, Assist with supporting project and annual financial audits Handle Perform regular tracking, analysis and reporting of project financial data *Quadrant, Inc. is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
