Job Description: The HR Manager at Quantinium will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, fostering employee engagement, and supporting the growth and development of our technology teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with specific experience in managing technology teams and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for technology roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and employee growth. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and professional development opportunities. HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Develop and implement HR policies and practices that align with company objectives and promote a fair and respectful workplace. Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance with HR policies and identify areas for improvement. Training and Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs for technology teams. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and online learning resources. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement. Performance Management and Succession Planning: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions. Work with managers to identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans for key technology roles. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience in HR management, with specific experience in managing technology teams. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred. NOTE: This position does not offer remote work options; your presence at the office will be required.
