The candidate should be self-motivated, well-organized, capable of managing multiple complex projects, and possess a strong work ethic.Duties:Represent clients in civil litigation matters before state and federal courts.Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation strategy and risk management.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and preparation.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Indiana State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.3-7 years of experience practicing law, preferably in litigation.Strong interest and experience in handling litigation and/or representing governmental entities.Excellent academic credentials with a demonstrated record of achievement.Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Strong work ethic and dedication to providing high-quality legal representation.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Indiana State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.Skills:Legal research and writing.Litigation strategy and case management.Verbal and written communication.Interpersonal skills.Time management and organization.Attention to detail.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Teamwork and collaboration.
