The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Job Overview:Title: General Liability AttorneyLocation: Mount Laurel, NJEmployment Type: Full-timeDuties:Represent clients in legal proceedings involving general liability matters.Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs.Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials.Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-approved law school.Active license in good standing to practice law in New Jersey.7-10 years of litigation and jury trial experience in New Jersey.Experience with insurance defense litigation, including commercial auto, trucking, and premises liability.Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.Excellent writing and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred:Experience in insurance coverage matters.Skills:NJ jury trial experience.Self-motivated and independent thinking.Exceptional attention to detail.Time management.Organizational skills.Writing and communication skills.Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
