Duties:Draft disclosure schedules, purchase agreements, and other MA agreements.Draft corporate and LLC formation documents.Provide support in Mergers and acquisitions and general business matters.Interact directly with clients and other stakeholders.Collaborate with a friendly and collegial team of experienced lawyers.Assume increasing levels of responsibility with mentoring guidance. Requirements:3-5 years of experience in Mergers Acquisitions and corporate law.Strong interest in MA and general business work with middle-market private companies.Experience in drafting disclosure schedules, purchase agreements, and other MA agreements.Experience in drafting corporate and LLC formation documents.Self-motivated individual with a desire to provide high-quality service.Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admitted to the State Bar of Washington. Skills:Experience in MA and general business work.Drafting and negotiation skills.Client interaction and communication.Self-motivation and desire for high-quality service.
