In this collaborative role, you will coordinate and manage fiscal requirements for our ADA Delivery Program . You will identify strategic budget gaps and propose changes based on review of budgets, expenditures, policies and initiatives. A day in the life: Provide overall fiscal administration and direction for the ADA Delivery Program.Analyze documents to ensure compliance with appropriate policies.Assist with special projects as assigned to meet program goals.Develop budgets and program initiatives including justifications, resource proposals and timelines.Manage the funding portfolio per program requirements.Identify and recommend opportunities to maximize state funding.Collaborate with managers to formulate long-range and short-term goals, including the development and implementation of plans related to operational business practices and fiscal planning, tracking, reporting and performance measures.Provide consistent updates to our program's predictive cost model.Track and provide financial data to internal groups.Identify potential risks and provide mitigation strategies related to budget planning and decisions.Prepare monthly financial and resourcing.Work in an office environment with hybrid work options available and occasional statewide travel required. Minimum qualifications: Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification. OR A bachelor's degree in business or public administration, behavioral or social sciences, finance, political science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
