The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios, with a specific focus on U.S. and international trademark clearance, prosecution, and investigations. The successful candidate will have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills, and should be highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Duties:Conduct comprehensive U.S. and international trademark clearance searches and provide strategic advice to clients.Manage the preparation, filing, and prosecution of U.S. and international trademark applications.Handle trademark enforcement matters, including drafting cease and desist letters, negotiating settlements, and initiating legal proceedings when necessary.Conduct investigations and due diligence related to potential trademark infringements.Provide legal counsel to clients on a wide range of trademark-related issues. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.Minimum of 4 years of direct trademark experience with a focus on clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.Proven experience managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios. Skills:Strong academic credentials.Excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills.Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.Effective communication and negotiation skills.In-depth knowledge of U.S. and international trademark laws and regulations.
