JOB DESCRIPTION Scope The Chubb North American Marine team services several business units within Chubb with diverse books of business involving recreational marine, ocean marine and inland marine. This position manages pending inventory and daily workflow of incoming claims while ensuring high customer service levels and compliance with best practices are being met. The claim profiles range from recreational marine including mega yacht, marina property, ocean cargo and inland marine including contractor's equipment, motor truck cargo, warehouse legal liability and rigger's liability. ***This role operates on a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and must sit in any of the listed office locations. Responsibilities: * Experienced claims professional responsible for overseeing the adjustment and resolution of recreational and commercial inland and ocean marine claims. * The right candidate must possess technical expertise and acumen to successfully move claims to resolution.
