Duke Primary Care is actively recruiting dual-boarded Med-Peds physicians to support our growing Internal Medicine and Pediatric practice locations where you will work alongside other Med-Peds trained physicians. We are a vibrant network within the world-renowned Duke University Health System. Our providers work in a collaborative practice, supported by medical assistants and nurses as well as behavioral health, diabetes education, pharmacy, social work, lactation consultants, and other specialists to provide comprehensive and personalized patient-centered care. Providers also have access to a unified electronic health record system, an expansive network of specialists (including specialists at Duke Children's Hospital, ranked #1 for pediatric NIH funding) for consultation and referral, ancillary services for diagnostic and testing needs, and a robust telehealth platform for virtual visits. Duke Primary Care Model offers: - - - 100% Outpatient Experience - - - Manage On-Call (Nurse Triage) - - - EPIC EMR - - - Dedicated team and staff delivering evidence-based care Our Physicians Appreciate: - - - Full-Time or Part-Time - - - Guaranteed Base Salary - - - Performance-Based Physician Incentive Plan (Guaranteed in 1st Year) - - - CME $4,000 + 1 week paid - - - 403b Retirement Contribution (Up to 13.9% - employer-sponsored) - - - Children's Tuition Supplement (Physician eligible) - - - Clinician Educator/Teaching Opportunities (Medical students, residents, APPs)
