Responsibilities: • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently• Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations• A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base• Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met• Outside sales lead generation• Lead follow up• Close sales• Set appointments• Execute consultations• Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities• Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus• Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken• You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on• A real estate license required• Great communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000+ at plan commissions About Company: As the largest real estate franchise in the world, our exponential growth is a result of our commitment to delivering value to our associates.
