We are looking for an Flight Instructor to join our team! Flight Instructors act as both the expert and coach of body flight. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals who will promote the sport of body flight through careful exciting instruction, and to oversee each customer receives a safe and thrilling iFLY experience. If an exciting, dynamic, collaborative workplace is for you, then apply! This position is Full Time and require open availability! We have a great team here at iFLY Detroit and all our staff is passionate in sharing the sport of flying with our guests! Requirements: · Must be 18 years of age or older· Open Availability Weekend, AM, PM & Holidays. This is a Full Time position and require Open Availability.· High school diploma or equivalent (required)· Exceptional customer-service & sales skills· Friendly, upbeat, and good attitude· Punctuality, and professional appearance· Ability to work well within a team maintaining positive relationships· Basic computer skills Physical Requirements: · Physically hold and support in the wind tunnel persons that weigh up to 300 lbs.· Maintain and support a flyer’s weight by physically gripping flyer’s torso and/or legs to move flyer in three-dimensional space and to rotate about central axis· Endurance to physically withstand wind speeds up to Benefits: · Hourly rate and commissions· Medical, dental, vision and 401k retirement investment with company match· Paid time off (PTO)· Holiday time and half hourly pay· Referral bonus program· Employee discount on retail merchandise (50% on iFLY Swag)· Staff Flight Time for employee and immediate family member· Planet Fitness gym membershipTeam work, integrity, good attitude and positive energy!
