CareAparent is seeking new graduates and experienced (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurses to conduct in-home visits, aide in preparation of care plans, perform medication set-ups, supervise Caregivers and CNAs, and assist with caregiver training. Our LPNs frequently travel in and around the Twin Cities metro area from one client home to another. Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to cases as assigned.
