We also have options for additional employee paid plans for Dental, Vision, Life,Pay:Without bachelor's degree - $19/hourWith bachelor's degree - $20/hourBetter Living provides a competitive compensation and benefit package including the employer paid benefits listed above, creating an actual hourly rate of $26.22 without a bachelor's degree and $27.35 with a bachelor's degree. Added possible benefits include incentive bonuses and employee referral bonuses.Education/Certification Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent (required) with two years of experience in a human service related position. Associate's degree and one year of experience or bachelor's degree in a human services field (preferred). Human services experience examples are social work, counseling/guidance, psychology, sociology, human development, mental health education or a closely related human service field.Skills/Qualifications including but not limited to: Excellent writing and computer skills Excellent listening and verbal communication (including de-escalation and redirection in times of conflict) Teamwork Demonstrates understanding and empathy for others. Current and valid Driver's License with no more than 3 points assessed. Current auto insurance that meets the minimum automobile liability and medical coverage required by Nebraska law. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Flexible Schedule. Evening and weekend hours are required.
