OverviewGM Admin Sr LeadResponsibilitiesACCOUNTABILITY:Position is to manage day to day sales administrative accountabilities to dedicated areas of expertise and provide leadership to Market Administrative Team.LEADERSHIP BEHAVIORS: * Highly Analytical & Attention to Detail * Develop, motivate, and lead Market Administrative team * Demonstrate tact, highest integrity, maturity, professionalism, and respect for others (internal & external) * Influences individuals and situations by anticipating reactions and applying well thought out rationales * Translates strategies into plans that can be effectively executed by Market Administrative Team * Execute local and national initiatives - Manage project work to successful completionMEASURES: * Deliver Business Plan: Lead Administrative team to support delivery of plan and business priorities * Create Efficiency: Reduce /Eliminate Administrative team OT $'s * Drive Future Business Success: Align with Management on tasks to transition to Administrative Team or Deliver well controlled Control & Compliance Audit * Drive Org Health: Lead Culture & Inclusion team projects & initiatives * Develop Others: Provide training/tools to Market Administrative Team.
