"At Soar Autism Center, we are dedicated to enriching the lives of children on the autism spectrum. As we continuously innovate and refine our care model, the role of the Child Behavior Therapist, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is essential. Through our specialized approach, we empower children with autism, guiding them towards realizing their full potential. Our methods are rooted in the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based approach within the framework of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. By joining our team, you'll play a vital role in advancing our mission-driven care model. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's rigorous standards Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification Qualifications: Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program, with a focus on Child Development, Psychology, or related fields Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training) Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues What We Offer: Competitive compensation ranging from $20.50 to $26.00 per hour, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities; all staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans Student loan repayment and tuition reimbursement benefits Priority access to in-network mental health support through our partnership with Sol Mental Health Opportunities for career growth and exploration in Behavior Analysis, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, and other related fields Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week for full-time roles Supportive training for RBT certification and best practices in ABA therapy A collaborative and enjoyable work environment where every team member's contributions are valued Join Soar Autism Center as a Child Behavior Therapist and be part of a team dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children on the autism spectrum!
