Location :Morristown IN OPDCity :MorristownState :Indiana (US-IN)Country :United States (US)Requisition Number :34811Position Summary:Job duties include but not limited to: Operations in a Soy Bean Processing facility. Included, but not limited to sanitation, record keeping, housekeeping and team dutiesCore Functions:Operating all aspects of Operations, including recordkeeping, Lab duties, sanitation, and team duties.Keep all work areas buildings and grounds clean at all times.Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.Actively participate in all aspects of safety including near-miss reporting and meetings.Demonstrate the following core values and guiding behaviors which are expected of all employees at Bunge North America: Integrity, Openness and Trust, Teamwork, Citizenship, and Entrepreneurship.Perform other duties as assigned.Understand and communicate clearly throughout the facility.Know and follow all safety, environmental, and emergency procedures.Skill/Experience Requirements:High School Diploma or Equivalent PreferredStrong Communication skillsAbility to work at varying heights is requiredAbility to take instruction and work as a team with others is required.Position requires work indoors & outdoors in extreme temperature depending on season.Ability to work safely and follow policies and proceduresAbility to work in a team environmentWilling to work overtime and flexible hours when neededMust be able to work at heights and in confined spacesGood attendancePossible Work at HeightsBunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
