HumanHire is partnered with one of the world's largest asset management firms in search of a Temporary Executive Assistant for their office in Nashville, TN.This is a 2-3 month temporary assignment that has the potential to go permanent!We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of EA experience supporting an executive team within financial services. What we offer: Position: Temporary Executive Assistant Location: Nashville, TN Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM (fully onsite) Pay: $35-40/hour, weekly pay + OT Opportunity to get your foot in the door with one of the most prestigious investment firms! Responsibilities: Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, handling visas/passports, transportation, hotels, reservations, itineraries, and trip packets Act as a gatekeeper and handle written & verbal communications on behalf of executives Manage expense reporting via Concur Provide support on ad hoc projects as needed and handle other administrative tasks as necessary Requirements: 3+ years of EA experience supporting an executive team required, financial services experience highly preferred Concur experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Highly organized with a strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills If you are interested, please apply to this posting for immediate consideration and a recruiter will be in contact within 48 hours if qualified.
