Territory Sales Representative

Description:
We're seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team! Responsibilities: --- Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients --- Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects --- Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves --- Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities --- Convert "no" into "yes" by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points Qualifications: --- Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills --- Proven track record in sales --- Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines --- High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred --- 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience --- Must be personable, with strong social/people skills --- Past sales and/or sales experience is highly desired --- Must be self-motivated and ambitious --- Must possess a Great Attitude, and be able to inspire and motivate others --- Must work well with others and in a Team Environment --- Ability to work Mon-Fri and at least 2 Saturdays a month About Company: We Represent What Winning Looks Like at ALL TIMES!!!
