The candidate will be managing full case load from case inception to post-trial. Will be attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Preparing pleadings, discovery demands, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents. Preparing reports to insurance carriers regarding case status. Ability to prioritize work load based on deadlines. Ability to meet billing requirements. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ProLaw is a plus. Should be a member in Good Standing of the Florida Bar. Headquartered in Miami, Florida, this law firm provides its services to clients in a variety of complex matters.
