The ideal candidate will have graduated from an ABA-accredited law school, ranked in the top 20% of the class, and received a B+ or better in research and writing. This role requires excellent research and writing abilities, and a background in landlord/tenant and/or real estate matters is highly desired and preferred. Trial experience is also preferred for this position.DutiesHandle litigation cases and participate in law and motion practice.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.Provide counsel to clients on landlord/tenant and real estate matters.Collaborate with legal professionals to develop effective case strategies.RequirementsCalifornia licensed attorney.Graduated from an ABA-accredited law school.Ranked in the top 20% of the class.Received a B+ or better in research and writing.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.CertificationsActive license to practice law in the state of California.SkillsExperience in litigation and law and motion practice.Excellent research and writing abilities.Background in landlord/tenant and/or real estate matters (preferred).Trial experience (preferred).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Representing landlords in every aspect of landlord-tenant issues, this firm provides legal representation in an aggressive, knowledgeable, and quick manner to achieve the most desired outcomes possible.
