The practice is experiencing tremendous growth and is supported by a top notch Partner, clinical and administrative team. Our patient-centric and team focused practice has all the modern amenities to set you up for success. We are looking for a motivated team player with great communication skills, a professional with a caring chair-side manner and excellent clinical skills. If you are dedicated to providing the best patient care possible, we want to meet you. Core Responsibilities Reports to and is mentored by Lead Partner Doctor. Helps set tone in the office and builds and maintains office culture. Sets clear expectations and provides training and coaching to clinical team on clinical process and preferences. Markets to new attain new and maintain existing referrals. Examining, diagnosing, and treating the nerve and dental tissue of a patient’s teeth Administering anesthetics Performing root canals and various endodontic surgeries such as apicoectomies Addressing traumatic dental injuries Staying up to date with new trends Qualifications Surgical experience preferred DDS or DMD with a completed certificate of Residency from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program.
