The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 9:30am-6pm. What you'll do: Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately Receive daily mail/deliveries/couriers Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) Perform other clerical duties as needed Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions Maintains safe and clean front desk area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Manage miscellaneous requests from Wedgewood and our Customers on a daily basis such as completing password resets for online prescriber accounts, emailed credit card updates, correcting duplicate accounts, mailing out additional oral syringes to pet owners Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure customers receive quality care and meet all health and safety standards and protocols Collecting and processing payments for pick-up orders Accept customer and prescription information required to process new and refill prescriptions- Rx Entry Dispense prescriptions to pick-up customers Handle register including closing out the register and till End of month inventory Make outbound calls to pick-up customers when ready Sort pending faxes Handle in-bound reception phone calls and direct them as necessary Who you are: Energized by interacting with and helping people Customer minded through and through Always show up (on time) with a positive, professional attitude. No exceptions! Demonstrate strong attention to detail and can follow procedures An excellent oral & written communicator who teammates and customers love to work with What you've done: Licensed with the AZ Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee Obtained a High School Diploma or GED Established strong basic math skills You're computer savvy and can navigate the internet with ease Worked in a pharmacy or have experience in the veterinarian field a plus 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a customer-centric environment. Never worked in a call center? No problem!
