The Senior Customer Service Representative carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: client account management, client satisfaction, account migration. Responsibilities: Implement and administer employee policiesProvide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issuesSupport the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experienceOffer proactive recruiting assistanceMaintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidatesIdentify ways to improve policies and proceduresPrepare termination and severance lettersTrain and provide support to HR team members Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline3+ years experience in HRExpertise in HR policies and proceduresStrong knowledge of hiring processesUnderstanding of HR best practices and current regulationsSound judgment and problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretionFamiliarity with MS Office suiteExcellent communication skillsExperience with Kronos Workforce Ready (Preferred) Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline3+ years experience in HRExpertise in HR policies and proceduresStrong knowledge of hiring processesUnderstanding of HR best practices and current regulationsSound judgment and problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretionFamiliarity with MS Office suiteExcellent communication skillsExperience with UKG Workforce Ready (Preferred)
