In our Supply Planning Team we are contributing to this vision every day by building the bridge between Sanofi Manufacturing & Supply Sites and our Customers and Patients across 111 markets to ensure we supply our customers and patients with our Medicines and Vaccinations. We are a high performing team of c.2000 Supply Chain professionals with Patients and Customers at the heart of everything we do. Main responsibilities: Is accountable for establishing a new Supply Planning organization in Sanofi, leading Supply Planning activities (over a 3-36-month time horizon) across our GBU Manufacturing Sites, Industrial Business Planning, External Manufacturing and Supply, SPMS and Global Product Planning, bringing together into one central team.Develop a multi phased (multi-year) plan and works meticulously on the execution of the plan to time, with the support of colleagues in the Global Supply Chain LT to transition work into Supply Planning from areas highlighted above.Works in close conjunction with the People & Culture Team in support of the implementation of the change, recruiting into the new organisation and building the required organisational capability in Supply Planning. Lead the process of Change Communication with the aim of engaging Leaders and Employees across M&S, and maintaining high levels of engagement across Global Supply Chain / M&S, while delivering the change.Ensures first class business partnership with GBU Manufacturing Sites, External Manufacturing & Supply and SPMS (meeting the needs of multiple stakeholders across Sanofi) to maximise the contribution of Global Supply Planning, aligning objectives and expectations, establishing clear lines of engagement / communication, appropriate governance / structures, and operating to the highest standards with common technology, tools, processes and systems for the good of 'One Sanofi'.Plays a critical leadership role in identifying and acting on opportunities to standardize and simplify processes and technology, thinking beyond current practices / operating models to transform ways of working in the new Global Supply Planning Organisation, and more broadly across M&S.Accountable for Inventory / Working Capital, leads process to optimize / improve across the GBUs.Plays a key role (in conjunction with the Global Head of Supply Chain and Finance Business Partner) in developing, reviewing and delivering the Financial Plan / Financial Forecasts, and the Strat Plan.Engages externally to develop knowledge of industry best practices in Supply Planning, identifying and acting on opportunities to develop capabilities, systems, technology and processes.Ensures close Partnership with Functions such as Procurement and M&S Digital.Improve overall Supply Chain performance:Delivering targets on all KPIs.Implementing best practices & harmonizing Supply Chain processes and toolsets.Plays a critical leadership role in the design, development of adoption of new AI and Digital Platforms, and maintains a close partnership with Global Supply Chain Business Analytics and GPOs in Strategy & Excellence in Global Supply Chain to ensure we work to the highest standards.Leads team with focus on Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development and Driving High Performance / Outcomes. Establishes a best in class and diverse team, hires the best talent, leverages people competencies, reinforces capability development.Plays a crucial role in supporting and enabling the safety culture, ensuring the well-being of our employees at Sanofi. About you Experience : Delivering transformation and breakthrough results in a complex environment; Developing organization capability and talent; Leading large, dispersed Teams. Strong background in supply chain management and people leadership. Soft skills : Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive transformation and innovation; ability to engage and collaborate with external partners to develop and deliver short, medium- and long-term strategies; demonstrated ability to collaborate & inspire at all levels across a matrix structure High level of emotional intelligence and business integrity; role model for behaviours consistent with our company values. Technical skills : Technically savvy; ability to understand and interpret Supply Chain and Business KPIs to inform strategy development; ability to perform annual strategy cycle and tactical execution; knowledge of business frameworks; rounded presentation skills; negotiation skills; experience in implementing AI and or robot process automation are considered an asset. Education : Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar. APICS certification is an asset. Languages : Fluent in English, additional languages are considered an asset.
