The ideal candidate will be a high-energy litigator with excellent communication skills and a strong background in handling written discovery, depositions, and motions.Duties:Represent clients in defense of auto/trucking accident cases.Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and briefs.Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and mediations.Manage case files and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.Minimum 5 years of personal injury defense litigation experience.Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Florida Bar.Skills:Litigation experience in personal injury defense.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.Familiarity with relevant legal software and technology.
