The successful candidate will possess exceptional academic credentials, strong writing ability, and effective communication skills.Duties:Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters.Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases and develop strategies.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties involved in legal proceedings.Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.Assist senior attorneys in case management and preparation for litigation or settlement negotiations.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Connecticut State Bar or ability to obtain admission promptly.1-4 years of relevant experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.Strong academic record with a focus on relevant coursework.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Connecticut State Bar or ability to obtain admission promptly.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal skills for effective client communication.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.Attention to detail and accuracy in document drafting and review.Job Location: North Haven, CT
