The ideal candidate should have experience in civil litigation, including areas such as business, commercial, employment, real estate, and/or trusts and estates. The role involves assisting with or conducting discovery, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Strong legal research and writing skills are essential for success in this position. Duties:Assist with or conduct discovery, including document production, interrogatories, and depositions.Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed.Perform legal research on various issues related to civil litigation.Write legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Collaborate with senior attorneys and internal teams on case strategy.Provide legal advice and representation to clients. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.2-6 years of experience in general litigation.Experience in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as business, commercial, employment, real estate, and/or trusts and estates. Skills:Strong litigation experience, including discovery, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.Proficient in legal research and writing.Knowledgeable in one or more areas of civil litigation.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.Detail-oriented and organized.
