Benefits of this Position: * Autonomy * Engaging and challenging cases * Attainable billable requirements * Compensation for case origination Responsibilities:• Draft pleadings• Law and Motion• Discovery management (written and depositions)• Create litigation budgets and communicate same with clients• Effectively communicate case status with firm and client• Attention to detail• Utilize all necessary word processing, case management, email and billing software• Fast-paced clear communications• Desire and focus to excel succeed daily Qualifications:• The ideal candidate should possess 2 - 7 years of experience in trust and estate administration law.• Having completed an LLM in Taxation would be advantageous for this position.• A JD/Juris Doctorate is a required qualification.• California Bar Admission and being a member in good standing are essential.• Strong ability to write clearly, logically, and grammatically, while incorporating legal analyses into work.• Excellent organization, computer, and math skills are necessary.• Proficiency in analyzing facts and discovery to apply to relevant statutes and case law.• Skilled at verbally presenting case facts, legal analyses, and recommendations.• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
