Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable, and hardworking site supervisor to join ourteam at Giles Cleaning Services!Job Description: In this position you will be responsible for:1. Overseeing Cleaning Technicians and making sure all work is done and meets companystandards2. Ensuring all personnel and Cleaning Technicians comply with company standards3. Assisting the Owner/Co-owner with scheduling4. Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines5. Resolve any conflicts between cleaning technicians and clients6. Train and mentor cleaning technicians on the everyday operations of the business as wellas inform them of the policies and procedures7. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed to the best of your ability8. Collaborate with the owner and/or HR coordinator for any supplies that will be neededJob Requirements:1. Valid Driver's License (Required)2. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills4. Excellent Time- management skills and ability to prioritize tasks5. Flexible to work in different shifts and environments6. Knowledge of safety and regulatory7. Excellent Leadership skills
