As the head of business development, you will play a critical role in growing our business from overseeing and optimizing all operational processes within our organization. Responsibilities Proven track record of growing a business from startup stage to 50+ employees. Lead and manage all operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operationsAchieve profitability by building a growth/business development team and developing growth strategies Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes and drive continuous improvementEnsure the company is recognised as a top choice in our field Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiencyMonitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutionsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and clientsManage and mentor a team of operations and growth staff, providing guidance and support Requirements Proven track record of growing a business from startup stage to 50+ employees. Bachelor's degree in business management or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in operations management/as a COO or similar roleProven track record of successfully optimizing operational and business growth processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesExperience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applicationsBe flexible to attend meetings held between 4:30pm-7:30pm Pacific Time due to distributed team members.
