Trains, coaches, and evaluates assigned staff on performance expectations.Develops and implements action plans to meet and exceed performance improvement and safety initiatives.Oversees equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.Assists with the preparation of operational and capital budget under the guidance of imaging leadership. Reviews and approves payroll for their direct reports. Orders supplies and maintains appropriate inventory level in accordance with established budgets.Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Other Information: Appropriate Florida State Licensure depending on modality of supervision.
