An experience to remember through our fun and enthusiastic environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Provide friendly, positive and a stress-free moving or hauling experience to all customers. Support College Hunks culture and values Create strong customer relationships Safely drive, move, pack, and unpack customer belongings. Complete relevant paperwork and collect payment Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe. Lead by example. Always be branding. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Must be at least 23 years of age Valid/Active Driver's License required. Clean Driving Record No Felonies Appreciation for customer service Must Commit to minimum of 15 hours per week Effective communication skills Proven ability to give and receive constructive feedback Commitment to excellence Positive attitude in the face of adversity Friendly and polite personality Must be able to safely drive small and medium-sized box trucks. Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen Endurance to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking. Eligible to work in the United States. Prior moving experience Strong team management skills Reliable Each CHHJ location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that franchise.
