Key Job Qualifications Must have good interpersonal skills - you are energized by working with our team and guests. Ability to create loyalty with the team and guests through an exceptional restaurant culture. 2+ years’ experience as a manager in a QSR drive-thru restaurant, managing food, labor and P&L Values the following of systems and processes to ensure the highest of food quality, unexpected guest experience, and lightning-quick speed of service Ability to focus and prioritize to ensure restaurant meets desired goals Ability to carefully select and train a Squad capable of delivering on the Smalls Sliders brand promise Ability to manage a robust amount of catering along with day-to-day restaurant activities Willing to work the hours needed to run the restaurant effectively, which might include a variety of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays ServSafe Certification is preferred, but not required Smalls Sliders is a new concept co-founded by Brandon Landry, founder of Walk-On’s, and partner Drew Brees. The restaurant offers a simple menu of premium cheeseburger sliders, fries, soda and shakes in a unique shipping container design. It is built for simplicity, quality, speed, fun.
