Job description: Top Skills Details Strong Experience with leading Electronic Health Record (EMR) Implementations (Epic preferred, but others considered) EPIC preferred, though others considered Strong Political Accumen Looking for a Sr. Project Manager to direct, define and coordinate the development of a new Electron Health Records (EHR). Current EHR System is outdated and unable to sustain current workload. EPIC preferred, though others considered This individual will be establishing objectives, developing requirements, planning schedules and estimating cost. They will also be responsible for executive stakeholder management Strong communication, complex problem solving, out of the box communication, highly drive and motivated. This position usually involves multi-agency coordination with extensive executive management involvement. Management focus ranges from strategic to tactical planning, negotiation and prioritization of issues, and mitigating risks to ensure project success.
