Customer Service- Quoting Specialist

Description:
This role is primarily responsible for facilitating the quoting process on standard and custom promotional and print products for Deluxe's distributor channel. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for inbound and outbound customer support. Responsible for answering distributor questions, providing cost or product information, provides pricing/quotations on Standard and Custom Products. Manage and renew pricing for large contracts for dealers or distributors. Collaborates with Sales, legal, and business analysts to validate pricing compliance. Pricing negotiation with sales or distributo rs within the pricing parameters/guidelines/program rules or work with Pricing Manager for further review. Answer Premium and Preferred Supplier capability questions and/or provide quotes Provide freight estimates on large quantities/truck Basic Qualifications: Education and Experience: HS/GED and 3 years or Tech Cert and 2 years Ability and comfort to navigate multiple applications and use of internet. Computer include MS Office applications, basic Excel, Adobe PDF Basic mathematical skills to calculate margins and markups. Preferred Qualifications: Education: HS/GED Experience: 3 years in Customer Service, Print Industry Prior print industry, manufacturing, or estimating experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
