Our mission-driven team is seeking a bold and dynamic (Senior Project Manager) who is fueled by problem-solving, continuously curious, and driven to understand our world, science/technology, and life itself, for the benefit of all on Earth and beyond. - DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the planning, execution and delivery of software development and technical projects. Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Utilize the Atlassian toolset and develop appropriate backlog, sprint cadence and release targets. Support and execute Atlassian tool initiatives, customization, dashboard and reports. Lead release team in relevant Agile/Scrum ceremonies - schedule and execute daily planning and refinement sessions, retrospectives and reviews as required. Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary. Foster an agile, collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing. Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and frameworks. Lead and coach multiple scaled scrum teams in a highly technical, iterative design environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Bachelor's Degree in related field 5+ years' experience in related field Certification with Project Management Professional or Certified Scrum Master Essential Functions Work Environment: Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on the task. Requirements - Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation. Management has the prerogative to select at any level for which the position is advertised. Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
