We're on a journey of growth and expansion, and we're looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator/CMO to help us reach new heights. This would be part time around 15-20 hours per week or I am open to making it a freelance position Responsibilities: Lead Marketing Initiatives: Be the driving force behind our marketing efforts, attracting new clients and increasing awareness of Career Competitor Coaching. Develop & Execute Strategies: Craft innovative strategies to acquire new business, whether it's bringing on new clients or recruiting top-tier coaches to join our team. Harness Social Media: Utilize the power of social media to showcase our unique value proposition, engaging with our audience and fostering growth. Collaborative Campaigns: Work closely with our team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Requirements: Proven Experience: Bring at least 5 years of solid marketing experience, ideally in sales, professional/personal development, or related fields. Track Record of Success: Demonstrate your ability to acquire new business and drive growth, backed by tangible results. Social Media Savvy: Show us your strong social media portfolio, highlighting your knack for increasing followers and engagement. Communication Skills: Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with exceptional interpersonal skills. Independent & Collaborative: Thrive in a remote work environment, capable of working independently while also collaborating seamlessly with our team. Education: While a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, we value experience and passion above all else.
