Northeast Family Services is seeking In-Home Behavior Therapists for our LGBTQ oriented Children's Behavioral Health Initiative team. The PRIDE In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client's home for the purpose of treating a youth's behavioral needs. Qualifications: LGBTQ culturally competent by virtue of education, training, experience, or a combination thereof Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field One year minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle Experience working with children with behavioral issues Benefits: Health, dental & vision 3 weeks paid vacation 11 Paid holidays (including Juneteenth, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and NY Eve.)
