Description: Job Tasks and Responsibilities: --- Reviews prep sheets for food preparation --- Begins and completes baking/food preparation --- Assembles catering food in baskets, trays and bowls --- Makes deliveries by vehicle or by foot as assigned --- Responsible for breakfast and lunch preparation and set up for next day orders --- Works FOH or BOH as required (secondary functions listed below) --- Responsible for clean up duties --- Empties trash as required Secondary Functions; Expo, Cashier, Dishwasher, Line Cook See Expo, Dishwasher, Line Cook and Cashier job descriptions - Highlighted tasks include: --- Maintain abundant FOH displays and condiment stations --- Check bathrooms --- Bus tables --- Prepare food to spec and order request --- Responsible for maintaining accurate cash flow and integrity of financial transactions --- Prepare and organize food for delivery to guest Requirements: Job Specifications and Requirements: --- High School diploma or equivalent or in process of completing same --- Must be able to complete CBC driver training, pass a MVR according to CBC standards and maintain a valid drivers' license with insurance --- State Foodhandler card/ServSafe certification as applicable --- Preferably a minimum of 3 months work experience in a guest service capacity. Restaurant or retail environment preferred --- Possess strong guest service and communication skills.. --- Must be able to read, write and speak English --- Must be proficient in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Additional Info: We are an Equal Opportunity/E-Verify Employer.
