We are seeking an enthusiastic individual that enjoys working with people to complete our winning team! Tom Gill Collision Center is in need of a Body Technician Apprentice. We will train you! Currently, we have more work than we can handle and need skilled technicians! This is skilled hourly rate position with industry-leading pay based on experience. Benefits include: ---Unlimited pay potential! ---Health insurance with dental and vision available ---401k ---Paid vacation ---Life/short term/long term disability available Daily tasks will include: ---Reading and interpreting estimates to gain a solid plan for repairs ---Tear down for blueprinting repairs ---Working with estimators to complete estimates and supplements for additional damage ---Checking in parts with parts personnel ---Structural/ Non-structural repair ---Keeping a neat and organized workplace Must haves: ---Must pay close attention to detail, with emphasis on quality ---Must be organized ---Ability to easily learn and apply new concepts ---Ambition to be a motivated self-starter ---Automotive/collision center knowledge ---Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun environment
