Taxable Entity ALUTIIQ OPERATIONS SERVICES LLC Job Title Deputy Program Manager Location AL Huntsville Corporate - Huntsville, AL 35806 US (Primary) Category Business Program Management and Administration Job Type Full-time Typical Pay/Range $108,336 - $135,536 per year Education High School / GED Travel Up to 25% Security Clearance Required None POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): Project Overview: The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) has a continuing requirement for Facilities Operations and Maintenance Support Services (FOMSS). Position Overview: The Deputy Program Manager, who has the full authority to act for the Program Manager on all contract matters relating to this contract, will have the same authority as the Program Manager and act for the Program Manager during the Program Manager's absence. This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal. Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Shall oversee and authorize, on behalf of the Contractor, all actions taken during the contract. Provide administrative and technical leadership, including responsibility schedule and overall performance. Plan and procure necessary staffing to achieve work completion milestones and deliverables. Monitor fulfillment of contract requirements to ensure quality and timeliness of services/deliverables to various customers. Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of assigned staff and/or contracts. Interface with NASA and commercial customers regularly for support of engineering and program management activities. Monitor customer feedback and advise on a broad range of issues related to products/services being delivered. Perform multi-disciplinary analysis of system designs to determine compliance with specifications and standards. Direct the investigation and resolution of operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Understanding of the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center Mission 5+ years' experience in program management 3+ years as a Program Manager of a NASA Program Experience managing a large facility infrastructure maintenance, repair, and related operations support services contract. Strong leadership skills to ensure team motivation and certification sustainment, as well as plan for future staffing and training needs. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple, concurrent, and complex tasks/projects. Understand Government contracting requirements. Must have knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local safety codes and be able to read, interpret, and explain schematics and drawings. The pay rate offered will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications, as well as geographic locations, market data, and other business considerations, as permitted by law.
