Mindset of internal growth and advancement. Summary of Position: We are looking for Theatre Technicians to join our overhire list! We work on a variety of shows every season, including live music, dance and theatre! The Overhire Theatre Technician can encompass many positions including, but not limited to: Live Audio Engineer, Lighting Designer, Stage Manager and Stagehand. This is a position that does not have a minimum hour per week requirement and has a flexible schedule! Important Details to Know: * Compensation: Range $17.74-$27.30/hour. Specialty rates available for audio, video, lighting, dependent on show needs. * Shift/Hours: Depending on show needs. This position does not have consistent hours and does not have a minimum amount of hours required per week.* Job Type: Per diem, as needed* Location: Scottsdale, AZIf you need assistance or accommodations during the recruitment process, please reach out to us at XXXX@scottsdalearts.org Here is what you will get to do: * You will work with the Scottsdale Arts Tech team to put on quality live music, dance and theatre productions! * You will work on one of our many stages! We have an 853 seat proscenium theatre, a small experimental theatre and multiple outdoor venues. * You will have the opportunity to work in different facets of technical theatre. We need overhire technicians who are well versed in at least one area of the following: audio, lighting, stage management, rigging, video and general stagehand work!
