***** Firkins CJDR has an immediate opening for a motivated team member in our Business Development Center. Hiring for - PM shifts 11AM-8PM - As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customer leads received via internet and phone. Determining each customer's vehicle needs by active listening, learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts. Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments. No experience needed. Will train. Bilingual preferred but not required. *Medical insurance --- Dental insurance --- Vision insurance --- 401(k) retirement plan with a match --- Short- and long-term disability coverage --- Life insurance * Job Type: Full-time Pay Type: -Hourly wage plus commission ( Details discussed at -interview) $20-$30 Average range of hourly pay.
